It's an arranged marriage of enemies to try and form peace with the nations. Creed the older, refined, sultry hot vampire and Blu the young, eccentric werewolf with a love for wigs. The first half of the book sucked me in, pun intended, with the great character development of both Creed and Blu and how their relationship unfolds as husband and wife.
